Meet Brenna
Herbalist. Celebrant-in-Training. Writer. Editor. Yoga Instructor.

I am a community herbalist based in the New Hampshire Seacoast, trained in Sacred Gaian herbalism, an herbal tradition that emphasizes social justice, environmental stewardship, and reverent relationship with the earth.
Though I support clients with a wide variety of concerns, my "specialities" as an herbalist are nervous system health and reproductive health. I am passionate about the power of herbs for pelvic wellness, and offer support and guidance from a queer- and trans-affirming perspective.
I believe that herbalism can also be a powerful conduit for reconnecting with one’s ancestors and lineage for the purpose of deep soul healing. I am dedicated to recovering herbal practices and pagan life-ways from my ancestry through study, ceremony, and personal spiritual work in a way that is appropriate for the modern day, and support others in doing the same. In my work, I emphasize the positive impact of ancestral reconnection to help provide spiritual connection and combat white supremacy and cultural appropriation.
In addition to being an herbalist, I am a trained yoga instructor with 550 hours of training and nearly 1000 classes taught, and bring this understanding of the body and somatic exercises to my work as an herbalist. I teach from a trauma-conscious perspective and emphasize bodily autonomy in my guidance.

Offerings
Bespoke to your needs
Life-Cycle Celebrancy
Ceremony is a way to connect more deeply with the innate sacredness of being human. Life-cycle celebrants are trained in the art of ritual and ceremony, and offer custom ceremonies for all phases of life. I will begin offering ceremonies for rites of passage, seasonal celebrations, community support, and home blessing in 2026.

Writing & Editing
As the former lead digital editor at Spirituality & Health Magazine, I specialize in writing and editing articles and essays on alternative health, holistic wellness, spirituality, mindfulness, astrology, occultism, folk magic, witchcraft, yoga, herbalism, plant medicine, and more from an informed practitioner’s perspective.
Herbalism
Herbal medicine can provide deep support for the body and mind, and can address concerns like immunity, nervous system nourishment, and reproductive health in ways that allopathic medicine cannot. Herbalism can also be a powerful conduit for reconnecting with one’s ancestors and lineage for the purpose of deep soul healing.

Yoga
With 550 hours of training and nearly 1000 classes taught, I teach from a trauma-conscious perspective and emphasize bodily autonomy in my guidance. After many years of Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga yoga practice, I now specialize in yin and gentle yoga, and often suggest somatic practices in conjunction with my herbal recommendations.
