I am training to become a Certified Life-Cycle Celebrant through Natural Transitions Institute, and will be offering ceremonies and rituals beginning in January 2026. I am also ordained by the Universal Life Church to offer weddings.

 

Life-cycle celebrants offer custom ceremonies for all phases of life, from baby blessings to celebrations of life to everything in between, and are trained in the art of storytelling and ritual.

 

Ceremony is a way to connect more deeply with the innate sacredness of being human. Particularly for those of us who are disconnected from cultural celebratory and memorial traditions, celebrants can provide ceremonies that honor the uniqueness of the participants while incorporating universal truths and symbols. 

 

I am most passionate about leading ceremonies for rites of passage that our culture often leaves on the fringes or that have not yet become mainstream, and aim to serve my multi-faceted community (and beyond) in the following ways:

 

• Renaming rites and gender transition celebrations

• Coming-out ceremonies for queer and trans people

• Polyamorous commitment ceremonies

• Menarche ceremonies

• Menopause ceremonies

• Rituals to honor grief and trauma healing

• Celebrations for the equinoxes, solstices, and cross-quarters

• Pagan home/apartment/business blessings

 

Life-cycle celebrants are trained to think outside the box and have the creative skills to craft bespoke ceremonies for nearly any of life’s transitions; don’t hesitate to reach out with unique ceremony ideas.
